TOUR YAXHÁ AND TOPOXTE ONE DAY

Yaxha is a Classic period Maya site , is located between the lakes of Sacnab and Yaxha.
On the opposite side of this latter is Topoxté , the largest site Post Classic Peten , Guatemala

The Mayan name of the city is seen in its emblem glyph (representing the head of a parrot ) and reads like Yax (green - blue ) has (water).

The site has more than 500 structures , including 40 stelae, 13 altars , 9 pyramids, 2 golf ball game and a network of sacbeob (roads ) , connecting the Central Acropolis , Norte ( Maler ) and East. ITINERARY:
